Money... A pattern rooted in childhood experiences.

Unsure how true this is, but it certainly feels like it is.

For some reason this thought bubbled into my head during a shower. And for once, when I got out it was still in there. Go figure!

It's important to know when to continue and when to stop. Limits... know them before attempting to exceed them.

Follow the signs... The ones are within.

Here I am. Waiting to know what direction to take.

Transitioning to something new and unknown comes with uncertainty. But we still have tools that can help. Our minds still work and so can we.

Teach me so I can learn. Is it so or is there more?

I am often caught up in a cycle of self blame, except for the times I think it is someone else that is causing my discomfort. But is it true? Are they really the problem?

If it needs to be done and I can do it, why not me? Why not you? Are we ready?

Where am I now?
