You got to keep on keeping on. So long as it matters to you. And it brings you joy. Never stop!

Lots of listening everyday to people saying what they think their parents, children, neighbors, friends… needed to be better. I am convinced we know so much but yet with so little progress even in own lives. Why do we continue to do this?

I am having a moment. But, this too shall pass.

You won’t always understand, but if it brings joy let it be.

This is the only moment we truly have.

When I am full it can run over in scary ways

Most days are alike would you agree? Would you change that? I sure would! But not all at once.

You get a good feeling but it’s complicated.

A glimpse into the truth of happiness

When we are close, disagreements can be resolved but not without change or scars in our relationship.
